Micro Hardness Testers
We offer a wide range of micro hardness tester's in three different models. These have excellent optical systems with objectives of 10x or 20x & 45x /R optically coated for measurements. Further these are high precision instruments used for determination of micro mechanical properties of thin coatings and substrates. This enables the scientist to determine properties such as hardness and young’s modulus on almost any type of materials such as soft, hard, brittle or ductile. |
 | Micro Hardness Tester : DH-50 We offer entry level semi automatic model number DH 50. This model with micro hardness offers result on digital display on the instrument. These are available with the following features:
- 10x eyepiece micrometer for manual visual measurements.
- Filters for monochromatic observations and measurements.
- Centered optical system for positional accuracy in phase indentations.
- Parfocal optical system.
- Halogen lamp special Illumination provides for optimal contrast.
- Illumination.
- Adjustable and variable intensity of illumination with filter pockets.

Upgrade Kits for Existing Micro Hardness Testers We offer upgrade kits for existing micro hardness testers which are offered with motorized stages and imaging options. These different features of these kits are:
- Auto Movement of Stage: Its motorized stage provides best positioning accuracy and repeatability.
- Auto Measure: Attached with a CCD camera, which is used to transmit the image of the indentation from the machine to the computer. The software can study the diagonals accurately.
- Comprehensive Reporting: The software generates a MS word report containing transverse information along with respective hardness variation graph and case depth calculation.
Apart from these features, these MHT are offered with the following options:
- Motorized Stage.
- CCD Camera's.
- Frame Grabber Card.
- Software to automate the process of testing.
