About Us
Incepted in the year 1995, Chroma Systems Pvt. Ltd is a well established manufacturer, exporter, importer and service provider of quality control equipments having computerized controlling systems. Under the able guidance of our founders, Mr. Shailesh Vaidya and Mr. Kiran Shah, we have emerged as the first company in India to commercially develop image processing softwares meant especially for use in the heavy engineering industry.
Further, we are the only organization in India that produces CNC kits for manual lathe machines. We strive to develop quality control equipments that enhances and simplifies the work of the material scientist in their laboratories. Our products are highly durable and are widely used in various industries including Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Heavy Engineering, Fabrics and many more. We are committed to consistent improvement in quality and adopt new technologies to develop innovative equipments to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Our Manpower
Our teams of experts posses an in-depth knowledge of computers, mechanical, electronics and instrumentation engineering involved in the manufacturing processes. Their expertise enables us to produce quality control equipments in standard and customized specifications.
Our professionals work with a pleasing team spirit and ensure to fabricate high performance instruments as per the client’s specifications within the stipulated time frame. To meet the specified parameters of our clients, we also offer localization of the softwares.
We have a dedicated team of professionals in areas including designing, production, quality-checking, packaging, and effective management. Whether it is small to the large instruments or any other systems, our technocrats design each machine carefully. |
Infrastructural Set Up
We have a well-equipped manufacturing unit spread over an area of 5000 sq. ft. It is equipped with hi-tech machinery and other infrastructural requisites. The company has the expertise to consistently incorporate the latest in product development and manufacturing technology.
Our manufacturing facility is backed by different types of latest machinery and sophisticated technology to design and develop our spectrum of quality control equipments. The machinery we use at our production unit includes:

- Other related manual and automated machines
We are the proud owners of our in house designing unit which is equipped with the modern designing facilities including CAD/CAM. |

Awards, Achievements and Accolades
Being a quality driven, we aspire to surpass the height of perfection with our precision machines that are high performing & easy to operate. For our superior quality products & timely services, we have the following awards:
- Won best industrial design award in India for our 'Die Hard' range of Microhardness testers from Business world and the National Institute of Design ( NID ).
- Won the best innovative product award for "Bolt On" CNC kits for a manual lathe, from IIT Bombay and TiE.
- Received 6 prestigious awards for technology development from organizations such as Confederation of Indian Industries and the WISITEX Foundation.
Moreover, we have offered various research papers on the advancement of Image processing techniques in the metallurgy field. The last paper we presented was titled "Thresholding techniques in Phase Analysis" offered at "National conference on latest advances in Metallography" organized by ASM. |
